2. Business member accounts
Businesses may register for a separate member portal to manage a verified profile, vouchers, and related tools where offered.
Registration requires a valid email address and phone number, acceptance of the member pledge shown at signup, and agreement to these Terms.
Applying for verified ownership submits your details for admin review first. Portal access begins only after approval. When approved, a temporary password is sent to your email; you sign in with it and choose a new password before fully using portal features.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
Membership and verification depend on our processes (including payment confirmation where applicable and approval of listings or vouchers). We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access or badges.
3. Member commitments
Verified members agree to fair treatment of customers (including consistent pricing without discrimination), providing a genuinely valuable voucher when joining the voucher Marketplace, honoring issued vouchers, accurate representation when using LamDongMoi badges, and respectful conduct.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in warnings, suspension, removal of badges, or termination of membership, as described in onboarding materials and notices.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site or portal: no unlawful activity, harassment, malware, scraping that harms service stability, or attempts to access others’ accounts or data without authorization.
5. Content reuse
You may share links and short quotes with credit. Editorial writing may be used to train AI models if LamDongMoi is credited. Do not republish full articles as your own. Details: Content reuse.
6. Disclaimer and limitation
The platform and portal are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, LamDongMoi disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services.
